Ad Grants Pilot Ambassador Program — Terms of Service

Last updated: March 18, 2026

1. Program Overview

The Ad Grants Pilot Ambassador Program ("Program") allows approved participants ("Ambassadors") to earn recurring commissions by referring new customers to Ad Grants Pilot ("AGP," "we," "us"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to nonprofit consultants, fundraising agencies, grant writers, and other professionals who work with or serve nonprofit organizations. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement. AGP reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Commissions

  • Ambassadors earn a 10% recurring commission on all monthly subscription payments made by customers they refer, for the lifetime of that customer's active subscription.
  • Commissions are calculated on net subscription revenue after any applicable discounts. Trial periods, refunded payments, and chargebacks do not qualify.
  • Self-referrals are not permitted. You may not use your own referral link or promo code to sign up for AGP or to refer your own organization.
  • AGP reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' written notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to already-earned commissions.

4. Tracking & Attribution

  • Each Ambassador receives a unique referral link and/or promo code to track referred customers.
  • Referrals are tracked via cookies with a 60-day attribution window from the customer's first click on your referral link.
  • AGP is not responsible for lost tracking due to browser settings, ad blockers, or other technical factors outside our control.

5. Payouts

  • Commissions are paid monthly on the 1st of each month for commissions earned in the prior month.
  • There is no minimum payout threshold — all earned commissions are paid out at each cycle.
  • Payouts are issued via PayPal through Rewardful. It is your responsibility to maintain an accurate and active PayPal email address in your Ambassador dashboard. AGP is not responsible for misdirected payments due to incorrect payment details.

6. Promotion Guidelines

Ambassadors may promote AGP through their website, email, social media, direct outreach, and other channels. You may share your referral link and promo code publicly.

You agree not to:

  • Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about AGP or its services
  • Imply you are employed by, a partner of, or otherwise officially affiliated with AGP beyond your role as an Ambassador
  • Use AGP's name, logo, or trademarks in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) without prior written approval
  • Engage in spam, unsolicited bulk email, or any promotion that violates applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM)
  • Use cookie stuffing, fake clicks, bot traffic, or any fraudulent method to generate referrals
  • Promote AGP alongside content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful

7. FTC Disclosure

You are required to clearly disclose your participation in the Ambassador Program whenever you promote AGP. This means stating that you may earn a commission if someone signs up through your link or code. This applies to blog posts, social media, email, and any other promotional content. Failure to disclose is a violation of FTC guidelines and grounds for removal from the Program.

8. Brand Usage

You may refer to yourself as an "Ad Grants Pilot Ambassador." You may not use AGP's logo, brand assets, or trademark in any way that implies official partnership, ownership, or endorsement beyond the scope of this Program without written approval.

9. Termination

AGP may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that reflects negatively on AGP's brand. You may also withdraw from the Program at any time by contacting us at info@adgrantspilot.com. Any commissions already earned and payable at the time of termination will be paid out at the next regular cycle, provided no violations are involved.

10. Modifications

AGP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active Ambassadors of material changes via email. Continued participation in the Program following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

AGP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the commissions earned in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
